A great recipe for a pasta salad

I am going to share with you a great quick receipt that I prepared yesterday (3.28.2022).

So I started off by cleaning my pasta in cold water to remove some of the starch from it. Next, I inserted my twisted pasta into a pot of hot, salty boiling water for 7 minutes. I then drained my pasta with a strainer and let cold water run over it.

I then warmed up some plant-based butter and let it spread over the pan. When the pan was completely covered and the butter was hot, I placed my plant-based sausages onto the pan and made sure the "butter" got on both sides of the "sausages".

While my "sausages" were cooking, I cut up some bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms. When my "sausages" got to the desired cooking level, I added in my bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms.

Afterwards, I added my pasta to my mix ("sausages," bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms) and stirred it. I then poured my buttery garlic mix (plant-based butter, garlic powder, lemon juice (squeezed from lemon), olive oil, and parsley flakes) onto my pasta salad and continuously stirred it for about 5 minutes with the stove on light medium heat.

My last step:

I then put my pasta salad into a pasta bowl and added my last ingredients: sliced tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, and baby spinach that I cut up.
