Below I am going to share with you a great quick receipt that I prepared this morning.
So I cut up some onions, celery, mushrooms, and broccoli, and added some shredded carrots.
Time to cook:
I then put my mix in the air fryer, stirred it with avocado oil, and let it cook on 400 for about 8-10 minutes. Next, I added garlic powder, turmeric, basil, and oregano and let it cook for another 4-5 minutes. While the mix was cooking, I warmed up my rice.
I added my rice to a bowl and put my vegetable mix on top of it. I then squeezed a whole lime on top, cut the lime out (adding it on top), and topped it off with an orange-ginger marinade.
